Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us at Miracle2OfUtah.com. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Return Window
Items may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used products may not qualify for a return.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call 1-801-489-3471. Please include your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and credit card processing fees, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., an incorrect or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement product.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 1 to 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Ionizer Warranty
Our supplier offers a comprehensive five-year warranty on all their water ionizers, covering parts, labor, and shipping, without any usage limitations. If your ionizer experiences a defect not caused by misuse, abuse, or natural disasters, contact us by phone or email to receive the return shipping address. The unit will be repaired at no cost, and round-trip shipping will be covered.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns
Customer satisfaction is a priority, which is why every Water Ionizer purchase includes a standard 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not fully happy within 60 days of purchase, the ionizer may be returned for a full refund—no questions asked—minus a 15% restocking fee. To qualify, the unit must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all original accessories. Contact the main office at 1-801-489-3471 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning the item.

Return Policy for Unused Water Ionizers
Please place an order only if you are committed to keeping what you purchase. Returns due to a change of mind will incur shipping and credit card processing fees, which are non-refundable. If an unused unit is returned for this reason or a similar reason, those costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. Ensure the product is the right choice before completing the purchase.
