Oxygen is the most essential element of life on earth. Life would not exist without it. Oxygen is the building block for all living matter and the foundation for nearly every cellular metabolic function.

What is the PPM of oxygen or what is the oxygen concentration for each bottle of manna water?

This is like comparing apples to oranges when the difference is thought to be incomparable or impossible to measure. For instance, if you had sea water with a salt PPM you should be able to separate the salt from the water and end up with separate proportions of each.  In like manner if oxygen is carrying a concentration of oxygen it can be separated by some means.

Many tests were performed on various products said to be infused with oxygen such as added peroxide, ozone generation, bubbling or blending. So far, all that was tested except Liquid Manna may have a higher content of oxygen than tap water in a bottle. Sadly most lose about half their oxygen when a container is opened and the rest of the infusion is lost overnight. Liquid Manna Water – Invention and Background

In the late 1990’s Fred Neal used an off the shelf technology developed over the past 100 years or so. It occurred to him he could take a little machine on a trip and feed himself oxygen. As a result, he’d drive all night without yawning or falling asleep.

In 2004 he was working with the same technology to develop a detection device to locate IED’s. An IED is an improvised explosive device used to kill the troops. He was able to finish the technology but hadn’t built the actual unit just yet.

During that time he was stricken with Polymyalgia with death’s door at hand. His doctors finally diagnosed his horrible pain as an inflammation in the blood vessels, except they didn’t know what caused it. Then he began to question “if they didn’t know its cause, how would they know the drug that would solve it”?

About then he learned how to use his previously-discovered technology to make oxygen for his body. Thereafter he quickly got the medical profession out of his life.

Fred Neal said: “The Bible tells me that I came out of a garden and not a chemistry lab. My basic country instincts told me that my healing would also come from the garden and not through the chemistry lab. Water seems to be a good way for the Lord to do it, eh? There was no part of me that was not in pain. I was at death’s door but was able to cheat death; and within 30 days of getting on my oxygen therapy, there was no more pain and it hasn’t been back to this date.”

It became clear to him that oxygen is the healing fluid for all situations. That was his engineering evaluation of his situation. He saw there’s no reason why it wouldn’t translate to other species of animals, fish, waterways, etc.

He realized this technology was working with energy levels. To give an example of what he meant, it is called “general vitality”. Then he became aware oxygen levels can be measured, what is more the average person has a general vitality of between 450 – 600 and an oxygen level of maybe 900. He thought “a good grade of drinking water will possibly have an oxygen level of 1,400, so, when a 600 energy level is exposed to a 1,400 level of oxygen, through satisfying one’s thirst, we would expect a rise in energy level”.

He learned furthermore that “poisons displace oxygen in the body driving the pH down, but oxygen displaces poisons in the body, conversely driving the pH up. Ideally a human’s pH should be between 7 and 8. All diseases require an acid environment to live and that is a pH of less than 7. Seven and above is in the alkaline range and diseases cannot live in an oxygen-rich environment.”

So he thought the reason people are sick is that they are too low on oxygen!

He started out raising the oxygen level to one million on his (proprietary) scale, then two million and on up. At the time he said “This level of oxygen is unheard of, but it is difficult to measure unless you have the right equipment.” Anyway, he got the water to 20 million, left it a while with no adverse reactions, so he raised it to 30 million. That seemed to work really well, soon after a lot of folks got their immune system kicked in and didn’t experience colds or flu during the winter months.
